a good herb for hair loss
If you lose your hair, you may be out of iron. Lack of iron is the main cause of hair loss.
Or it could be caused by metabolic changes or by hypothyroidism, genetics or aging.
This prevents you from maintaining thick, healthy hair. If you have such a problem, you should look for a cure.
Do you think herbs really help?
It means extra use of herbs, so keep in mind that you can’t make your hair thick and healthy just by using herbs.
But it certainly stimulates and nourishes the hair follicles. It can also be effective when hair is damaged.
Let’s make a note of what we’re introducing next and then do it.
1. Rosemary & Baby Nettle Cream
It’s simple but it’s a good.
In a way long used for male hair loss, baby nettle roots prevent hormone production, a cause of male hair loss known as DHT.
How can I make this cream? It’s simple, but let’s get the baby nettle root and the second stem of rosemary.
Put it in 2 cups of water and boil it. When it boils, turn off the heat and wait until it cools.
Massage and spray the liquid while the hair is wet. At the end, rinse with warm water.
2. Legacy Grass & Geranium Treatment
The combination that I think is a bit unexpected? But it’s a very useful way.
The shackle grass contains cistane, three rhenium and silica, the ingredients that make hair thick and grow, which are quite effective.
When used with geraniums, the sequined grass is nourished in hair follicles and is also helpful in getting new hair.
Pour five geranium leaves into 7T of water and boil it. When it cools, apply it to wet hair.
Let’s not massage and rinse. Also, don’t use a dryer and leave it to dry naturally.
If you repeat it three times a week, it will work
3. Apple soda vinegar & sage tea
Let’s try this method, too. Apple cider vinegar contains an ingredient called sulfur, which is an essential ingredient for healthy hair.
When used with sage powder, it nourishes the scalp and allows new hair to grow.
Put it in 2 cups boiling water in 3T dry sage. I waited for a while. Mix half a cup of apple cider vinegar.
Apply it and massage it while your hair is wet. Rinse with warm water.
Don’t your hair smell like vinegar? Let’s not worry about doing it.
It doesn’t smell like vinegar at all, and your hair will look shiny and healthier.
